Baby/Toddler Style

Things may have been quiet over here for a while, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy. Figuring out my new role as a mom is taking the majority of my attention, but I am also working on a site re-design set to launch this fall. The new site is going to feature the same great content – fashion roundups, décor inspiration, styled tablescapes and trend highlights – all from my new perspective as a modern mom. This summer, I’ll be giving you a couple sneak peaks. The first is the start of a new Mommy and Bébé Style series featuring my precious daughter, Beckett!

Freshly Picked Moccasins Style

In today’s post, I am sharing how I dress my best self, in collaboration with one of my favorite retailers, T.J.Maxx. As I’ve shared before, I love finding quality designer fashions at a great price. On one of my recent trips to T.J.Maxx, I found this silk blouse from Rebecca Taylor and chambray shorts from rag & bone. I also picked up this cute little floral outfit for Beckett by Ralph Lauren.

My personal style has evolved a lot in recent years. Today, I favor easy, comfortable looks and choose to invest in pieces that have a flattering fit made with quality fabrics. Since becoming a mom, wearability has become the single-most important factor when deciding on whether or not to add an item to closet. Stylish, yet comfortable pieces are key to an effortless wardrobe. Loose blouses and tailored shorts, like these, make for an ideal summer outfit, with my new favorite accessory, my daughter, of course!
