Fall is one of my favorite times of year. Crisp weather, sweaters and boots, pumpkin bread and apple cider – what’s not to love? My weekends are filled with friends, football and heaping serves of hot chili. I love the coziness of the season and always try to find a reason to entertain at home. Today I am sharing a Fall Tablescape I styled in collaboration with Anthropologie, one my favorite retailers for unique dinnerware, table linens and other entertaining supplies.
This little corner is my breakfast nook. It’s adjacent to the living room, so it’s the perfect place to set up small bites and drinks during the big game. Mini grilled cheese sandwiches and small bowls of chili look super chic served on the Mabel Serving Tray. I love white stoneware, but the detail on those handles keep them from being boring.
These Foiled Dot Napkins are so festive. I know I’ll be using these throughout the holidays and all year long. I am also crazy about this Kalama Bottle Opener. It’s a great way to add the tribal print trend to your table.
This Deliquesce Serving Bowl normally holds fruit on my kitchen counter, but for game day, it’s perfect for popcorn. Again, I love the detail and that rich, deep blue color is so unique and memorable.
I also love to decorate my table with these Ivory Epoch Pots (Urn, Small and Cylinder). They’re beautiful enough on their own, but also make the perfect vase. And I am crazy for these Faceted Wood Candlesticks (Large and Small). They’re the ideal combination of modern and rustic, a balance I am always trying to master.
In addition to their home collection, Anthropologie has always been one of my favorite retailers for fashion. Here I’m wearing the AG Stevie Cord in Apricot, a Silk Trim Long Sleeve Blouse (found in-store) and a Chunky Garnet Necklace. Sunday afternoon couldn’t be any comfier.
I want to give a special thank you to my amazing photographer, Sara Kerens. Currently based in New York City, during one of her visits back to Dallas, Sara was able to perfectly capture my vision for this shoot. She’s a true talent and pleasure to work with. Make sure to check out her blog and her portfolio!
